Cork City Ford Centre are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Department. The ideal candidate will play a critical customer facing role for our service department.
Role:
- Full time Service Advisor
- Competitive salary and bonus scheme.
- Full training to be given.
This role involves the following on a daily basis.
- Scheduling customer vehicles on a daily basis through telephone/email/ on line bookings
- Managing the workload of the workshop to ensure that sufficient bookings are made to match the resources available.
- Meet and greet customers as they drop off their vehicles.
- Update customers on progress of their repair/ service as required.
- Listening to any customer needs/concerns prior to repair and capturing those so that relevant technician can investigate any of those concerns.
- Agree costings and any extra work that maybe required.
- Processing of invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Liaise with workshop controller and Warranty administrator as required.
- Acting in a professional and courteous way to all customers to reflect the customer focused ethos within the company.
Candidate requirements:
- Have a courteous, professional and friendly manner to customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of Keyloop computer system would be an advantage but not essential.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Be highly organised.
- Full & current driving licence
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Ability to explain technical data in a clear and simple way to customers.
